wellness4longevity.com is operated by RDS Ecom Digital LLC, 3140 W. Main Street, Riverton, WY 82501, United States. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean RDS Ecom Digital LLC, and "you" means the person using the site or placing an order. By using the site or buying from it you agree to these terms.

Using the site
You must be at least sixteen to use this site and at least eighteen, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to copy or scrape its content for a competing purpose.

Products and orders
We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can vary between screens, and packaging may change. Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example where an item is out of stock, where a price has been listed in error, or where an order appears fraudulent — and if we do, we will refund you in full.
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

Important information about the device
The LED Longevity Mask is a general wellness product, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice. If you have a skin condition, a health condition, or any doubt about whether the device is suitable for you, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before you use it.
Do not use the device if you are taking photosensitising medication or have a condition triggered by light. Wear the supplied eyewear for every session. Read the printed guide before first use and follow it. We are not responsible for harm arising from use that departs from those instructions.
Results vary between people. Any timeframe mentioned on this site describes what has been reported in published research on red and near-infrared light generally, not a promise about what will happen to you.

Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processors. By submitting your details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store full card numbers.

Shipping, returns and warranty
Our shipping policy, refund policy and warranty terms form part of these terms. Where there is any conflict between them and this page, the specific policy applies.

Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every detail is current. We may change or withdraw products, prices and content at any time.

Intellectual property
The Wellness4Longevity name, logo, text, photographs and page design are our property or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced without written permission. If you post a review, photograph or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the store, and you confirm it is your own work and is not unlawful or misleading.

Third-party links
The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — and nothing here removes the rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or the device.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
